For patients with intermittent skilled healthcare needs, CrystalCare Home Health Services offers nursing; physical, speech and occupational therapies in conjunction with medical social work and home health aide services. The patient should be confined to his/her place of residence. The patient must be under the care of a licensed physician. The service must be deemed reasonable and necessary according to Medicare, Medicaid or insurance. There must be reasonable expectation that the medical needs of the patient can be met adequately in his/her residence.
